These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ruize Digital website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Ruize Digital provides digital engineering services including but not limited to web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and digital marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or contracts.

2. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to communications and requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide to us

3. Intellectual Property

Our Work

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any licensing requirements.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required before work begins (typically 50%)
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before handover
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Project Changes

Changes to project scope after approval may require additional time and cost. We will provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any changes outside the original scope.

6. Warranties & Limitations

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, rankings, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the relationship.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
